Thank you all so much for your patience – I am very excited to finally be able to say that the books are shipping. Packaging is going on today, and the first batch will go out tomorrow. If you ordered a book (or books), you will get an email when your order goes into the mail, and another when it is delivered. Domestic US shipments are via media mail, and will take 1-2 weeks in transit. International orders will vary, or course, but should be about one week. And we covered the customs fees on all international orders.
