M1897 and M1918 BAR: Slam Fire & Walking Fire

Here are two nearly pristine examples of two beloved-yet-brutal weapons of the Great War: the M1897 trench shotgun and the M1918 BAR.

Each possesses tales of its efficacy during World War I and a design so rugged, reliable, and successful that extended their longevity far into the 20th century. They are yet another feather in the cap for legendary designer John Moses Browning.
