Living History: Charter Oak Colt Model 1855

Once a place of honor with the Algonquin tribes, a hiding place for the Connecticut Charter, and a symbol of the early American spirit of Independence, is one 1,000-year old oak tree. The oak from this tree is the rarest and most sought after. We are honored to house and offer such a significant piece of our nation’s history, a Colt Model 1855 with Charter Oak grips in our 2021 September Premier Auction.
