Pat’s Place: Buffalo Rifles of the American Frontier

Commercial hunting of bison in the 1870s was big business. With a collection filled with authentic American 19th century arms, it’s no surprise that these two Sharps “buffalo guns” were both shipped to Montana during that well-known era. These two Model 1874 rifles each have a fantastic history all their own.
