Cool Forgotten Weapons merch! http://shop.bbtv.com/collections/forgotten-weapons
Today is Preview Day for RIA’s February 2020 Sporting & Collector auction. They have more than 11,200 guns that will be auctioned off over the course of four days – they most they have ever done in a single auction. Despite how long I have been filming here, I’ve never actually attended one of the auctions myself…and this seemed like a fine time to finally do that (and it didn’t hurt that I was heading here anyway to film for their next Premier auction). So, here’s what a Preview Day looks like. It’s open to the public, so anyone interested in bidding can come in and look at all the items in person to assess their condition and check any details that weren’t discussed in the catalog or photos.

At Forgotten Weapons I think the most interesting guns out there are the most obscure ones. I try to search out experimental and prototype weapons and show you how they work, in addition to more conventional guns that you may not have heard of before. You’re much more likely to find a video on the Cei Rigotti or Webley-Fosbery here than an AR or Glock. So, do you want to learn about something new today? Then stick around!
