On 6 November the French arms manufacturer Verney-Carron announced the signing of a framework contract worth 36 million Euros withUkrspecexport, a Ukrainian state-owned arms trading company, for a substantial number of small arms including carbines, precision rifles and 40mm grenade launchers.
