I know some people are getting frustrated at how the fulfillment process continues to drag on – let me assure you that nobody is more frustrated about it than us. We are told that 90% of the books are complete, and the last 10% will be done next Wednesday and ready to ship – but we were also told they would be ready to ship by today. The good news is that for all the delays, the quality of the books is fantastic – I know you will be really happy with them, and I hope that will make up for the very late shipment. And yes, we will be seriously considering whether to use the same printer in future projects.
