It is so widely praised, in fact, that H&#038;K&#8217;s efforts to replace it with less expensive polymer submachine guns have largely failed, as their customer simply insist on the MP5.<\/p>\n<p>I have had only a brief bit of experience actually using the MP5 myself, and I wanted to take this opportunity while visiting H&#038;K to fix that.
