The first one was made in 1998 and since then Mark Serbu has made more than 6,000 of them. There have been a bunch of minor variations, including batches made on both Remington 870 and Mossberg 500 actions, models in both 12ga and 20ga, and some with 3+1 or 4+1 capacities.
