My question was which revolver will handle the best the reproduction of the original Colt combustible envelope cartridges: my original, the Pietta repro or the Uberti. This will also give you a good help in selecting a repro by the way&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>I shot all 3 revolvers with paper cartridges made with Eras Gone&#8217;s excellent Colt bullet repro, and I also tried the Uberti and Pietta with charging these bullets on top of loose powder, as the Pietta chambers are a bit too tight for these cartridges.
